CONTRATTO DI LOCAZIONE UNITA’ DA DIPORTO/BARE-BOAT CHARTER PARTY
FOR AUTONOLEGGIO & RENT BOAT PRESSO GIULIETTA AL LAGO, COMO – VITE SRL – www.giuliettaallago.it
Rent Boat Vite srl con Sede in Viale Geno 13 22100 Como, da l’imbarcazione sotto specificata ( vedi dati “ imbarcazione” ) al locatario ( vedi dati relativi al “ locatario”) alle condizioni qui sotto ed a tergo:
Rent Boat Vite srl Viale Geno 13 22100 Como, rents the craft specified below ( called “ Craft” ) to a Charterer ( called “ charterer”) on the conditions hereunder and overleaf, of which the Charterer is fully aware:
- la cauzione verrà restituita al momento della riconsegna dell’imbarcazione da parte del locatario e dopo aver constatato l’inesistenza di danni, di violazione contrattuali e di obbligazioni contratte in navigazione ( vedi art. 4 e 9 Condizioni generali di contratto a tergo).
- The security deposit twill be returned once it has been established that there are no damages, no breaches of contract and no breaches of obligations contracted during navigation ( see art. 4 and 9 General Charter Party Conditions).
INFORMAZIONI IMPORTANTI! IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS:
E’ VIETATO: a) partire ed arrivare all’ormeggio a forte velocità; b) seguire oppure incrociare la rotta dei mezzi in servizio della Navigazione Lago di Como (Battelli e Aliscafi) oppure imbarcazioni private; c) affidare il natante o farlo condurre da persone diverse dal locatario;d) ormeggiare l’imbarcazione sulla spiaggia onde evitare di rovinare la carena e il motore. E’ obbligatorio che: a) il locatario abbia un’età minima di anni 18; b) segua le prescrizioni delle condizioni generali a tergo.
IT'S FORBIDDEN: a) to leave from and to arrive to the mooring at high speed; b) to follow and to cross the rout of all water transportation means of navigazione Lago di Como ( boat andvhydrofoils) or private boats; c) to assign the use of or permit to frive the craft to third parties than the charterer;d) to moor the craft on beaches in order to avoid damages to the engine and the craft itself.
It's expressly requested that the chartere: a) is at least 18 years old;b) follows the general charter party conditions written on the back of this page; c) keeps always a security distance of 300 m from the coast and people bathing. Please read carefully the following general charter party conditions written on the back of this page.
